KANDI CARTEL REFUND POLICY

If you have a refund question relating to anything regarding the use of KandiCartel, please Contact Support and one of the Cartel support team will do their best to help you as soon as possible.  support@kandicartel.com

Any refunds for purchases using KandiCartel will only be made to the credit card that was used to make the original payment. We do not provide cash refunds unless we determine at our sole discretion that extraordinary circumstances apply to the purchase. In our sole discretion and in extraordinary circumstances, we may provide credits or provide discounts in the event you experience technical difficulties that you demonstrate to have made a sincere effort to resolve.

We reserve the right to issue non-monetary penalties against you and your accounts in case of chargebacks and/or refunds. Without limiting the foregoing, We may place restrictions on you limiting future purchases on KandiCartel. 

UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS
If you contact the payment processor or credit card company directly and ask them for a refund, our system will automatically assume that the charge came from a stolen credit card and will therefore blacklist you from ever returning to KandiCartel.

If you would like a refund, please use Contact Support and we will refund you ourselves.

REFUNDS
All purchases made on KandiCartel.com are final and non-refundable. You are entitled to cancel any subscription, for any reason and at any time, thereby ensuring that you will not be billed again for that subscription. 
However, any purchase made on KandiCartel.com and subsequently subject to a chargeback will result in the User’s account being immediately and permanently excluded from KandiCartel.com.

Refunds will only be eligible when the CREATOR has not completed the sale as specified. If an account is removed before the subscription period ends (or a large proportion of content) or in the event of a premium post title not matching the content.
